Great location close to entertainment and dining. Rooms are clean, and the staff is cute, particularly the afternoon team who extended very nice help . The breakfast buffet at 800 yen is a delicious way to start your day. Just don't expect a smooth check-in process. A machine for payment can be a bit tricky.

early check-in, parking nearby. exceptionally comfortable bed in a twin room with central heating, flat-screen television, and a refrigerator. good choice of goodies for breakfast. location very close to sapporo station, main attractions in the city, and maruyama zoo.

The helpful staff were nice.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It reeked of urine upon arrival, and I had to pay extra for their service to clean it. The stains in the sink and on the counter were unacceptable.

easy access to parks and vibrant city life

I loved how close it was to both the Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens, just a short stroll away, and the gorgeous Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, perfect for a leisurely walk while soaking in the scenery. The room was clean and had a handy desk for planning my next exploration around the city.

Hotel Raffinato Sapporo features charming decor and is easily accessible for seniors. The staff were helpful, great to check in early and store luggage, ensuring a pleasant exploration of nearby attractions before settling into our cozy room.

More power outlets near the bed would be helpful.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a good breakfast buffet providing delicious food worth 800 yen and a convenient location just 9 km from the nearest airport, making it easy to explore the city.

It's just a decent option for getting around Sapporo with value for money. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated, and the building-wide heating and cooling system worked well. Parking fills up fast in February, so plan accordingly.

Best part? The massages at the spa were amazing! Perfect spot for exploring nearby parks and restaurants.

The receptionists made a lasting impression with their really good service, especially when they helped us find a clinic when my boyfriend fell ill. The room was comfortable with nice amenities available at the front desk. Breakfast options, including delicious pasta, were really satisfying, although the surrounding area was quite quiet at night, which could be a downside for some.
